In 2013 the company invested its own funds in the Russian company FORT LLC to implement an investment project for the design and construction of a passenger service Complex on the Tatyanino railway station in Gatchina, Leningrad Region. When we first met the FORT LLC founders, we knew we had met a talented team. We quickly became invested in developing their idea. Loans are issued until 2024. The amount invested in the project equals to 2.1 million EUR. At present, some of the buildings have been built and put into operation, the completion of the construction is scheduled for September 2018.
PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT
Progress to date of the construction of the passenger service Complex on the Tatyanino railway station in Gatchina, Leningrad Region of Russia is briefly described below. The construction is carried out by FORT LLC on account of the borrowed capital from A.D.D. MEDIA TELECOM HOLDING LIMITED
BUILDING 2 (938 SQUARE METERS)
Building 2 of the Complex was put into operation and ownership is registered by FORT LLC for this building. From April 2017 this building has been rented out to RioMag supermarket.
FACILITY A OF BUILDING 1 (703.5 SQUARE METERS) – PASSENGER BUILDING AT TATIANINO RAILWAY STATION

FACILITY Б OF BUILDING 1 (700 SQUARE METERS)
Facility Б of building 1 of the Complex is completed, the procedure of putting into operation is being carried out after which the building will be ready to be rented out. The total floor area for rent is 420 square meters. The ownership registration for this building on the name of FORT LLC is planed to be made by summer 2018. The registration procedure is complicated as the building is part of a block and part of the buildings in the block are still under construction. That is making the procedure of registration and applying for an official address more complicated.
FACILITY B OF BUILDING 1 (750 SQUARE METERS)
Facility B of Building 1 of the Complex is a mirrored image of the facility Б of the Building 1 in respective of the railway station and it is still under construction. At the moment the following stages are completed: earthwork operations, laying of the foundation, columns and brick work.
The construction is planned to be completed by September 2018. By the end of the year the building will be put into operation and ownership will be registered by FORT LLC.
